1880 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Effective date: 1 January 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the 1880 platform.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 1880 platform, accessible via our website and mobile application. By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 1880 platform, you confirm that you:
- At least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority recognised in your jurisdiction of residence;
- Legally capable of entering into a valid and binding agreement;
- Not located in any jurisdiction where the use of online gambling or betting platforms is prohibited;
- Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party;
- Have never had an account closed by 1880 for prior terms violations.
1880 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. Failure to comply with such a request may result in temporary suspension or account closure.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted only one (1) active account on the 1880 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining funds. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 1880 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful to others. This includes a prohibition on fraud, attempts to hack the system, use of automated software (bots) to place bets, and any form of platform manipulation.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 1880 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-Wallets (such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay and Boost) and FPX.
Deposit
Deposits successfully credited to your account cannot be reversed once processed. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. 1880 is not liable for any deposit delays or failures arising from user error or third-party issues such as banks or e-Wallet providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and rollover requirement compliance (where applicable) before processing. 1880 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises concerns of fraud or terms violation. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered under the same account name.
Fees & Taxes
1880 does not charge hidden fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. Users are solely responsible for any taxes or fiscal obligations arising from their winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Policy – Suspension & Closure
1880 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering or criminal activity involving the account;
- Breach of any terms set out in this document;
- Creating multiple accounts or using a false identity;
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in an unauthorised manner;
- Instructions from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies;
- User found to be under 18 years of age.
In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or serious violations, 1880 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation or as compensation for losses incurred. If an account is closed at the user's own request with no violations involved, any eligible remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
1880 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use this platform. This includes – but is not limited to – financial losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors or unsatisfactory betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and full availability is not guaranteed at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1880 platform – including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software code and page layouts – is the exclusive property of 1880 or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 1880 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. 1880 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us

It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1880 platform shall first be resolved through confidential discussion, and if unsuccessful, through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable law.
